At Lamari, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms for returns and exchanges:

• Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, underwear, and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Exchange Process: Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

• Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are entirely our responsibility.
